About This Site

GoLang Tutorial (https://www.golangdev.cn) is a documentation and tutorial site for the Go programming language. It is maintained by an independent developer team and currently published in English and Simplified Chinese.

What the Site Covers

  • Syntax basics: variables, types, control flow, functions, structs, methods, slices, maps and more
  • Advanced usage: interfaces, generics, iterators, reflection, concurrency, modules, testing, CGO and profiling
  • Standard library: commonly used packages with code examples
  • Implementation internals: articles on the GMP scheduler, garbage collection, memory allocation, channels and other runtime topics
  • Libraries and services: database drivers, microservice tooling and popular third-party Go libraries

How Content Is Written and Reviewed

  1. Structure first: chapters are ordered from basic to advanced and cross-linked, so readers can follow a path instead of browsing disconnected pages.
  2. Code that runs: examples are written to be copied and executed locally; if you find one that no longer works with a recent Go version, tell us.
  3. Corrections are welcome: readers can report errors by email or GitHub (see the Contact page); confirmed mistakes are fixed on the page.
  4. Attribution: when a chapter builds on public material, we credit the source.
