Microservices

Guides for the microservice components commonly used with Go, covering service discovery, RPC, gateways and serialization.

• Consul — service registration and discovery
• gRPC — high-performance RPC over HTTP/2
• Kong — API gateway
• Protobuf — interface definition and serialization

These components are often used together: define interfaces with Protobuf, serve them with gRPC, and register the service in Consul.
